Terms of Use

1. Private service

Output Atlas Publisher is a private, owner-operated Windows desktop utility for the Output Atlas YouTube channel. This website provides information about the utility and does not offer public accounts, video uploads or an OAuth callback.

2. Authorized use

Use it only with a Google/YouTube account and channel you own or are authorized to administer. Granting an OAuth permission only authorizes an API connection; it is not approval to publish, edit or delete any particular video.

3. Responsibility for media and changes

Any upload, edit, deletion or change of visibility must follow the owner's applicable quality, rights, publication and approval checks. You are responsible for the rights to images, video, music, narration and metadata uploaded through the tool. Never use the tool for unauthorized channels or unlawful material.

4. YouTube rules and consent

By using Output Atlas Publisher's YouTube API features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, applicable Google policies and law. Read and accept the Privacy Policy before connecting your account. You can disconnect the application through Google Account permissions.

5. Separate permissions

A publishing authorization (youtube.force-ssl and youtube.upload) is distinct from an analytics-only authorization (yt-analytics.readonly). Neither authorization permits access to unrelated Google services. The application may be unverified by Google and a consent warning may appear.

6. Availability and updates

This is a privately maintained utility. Features may be unavailable due to required approvals, platform restrictions, credentials or technical checks. No uninterrupted availability or monetization outcome is guaranteed. Changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.
