Output Atlas Publisher · Privacy
Privacy Policy
Effective: 6 November 2026 · For the owner-operated Output Atlas Publisher utility.
1. Operator and contact
Output Atlas Publisher is a private utility operated by the owner of the Output Atlas YouTube channel. For questions, access requests and deletion requests, contact bobbydeboot@gmail.com. The software currently has no public user accounts or public sign-up.
2. Google and YouTube data accessed
This utility uses YouTube API Services with your explicit Google OAuth authorization. It requests two separate sets of permissions:
- Publishing credential:
youtube.force-ssl(broad YouTube account and video management access, which can permit editing and deletion) andyoutube.upload(video uploads). The intended uses are verifying the Output Atlas channel identity, reading back upload status and carrying out specifically owner-approved video operations. - Analytics credential:
yt-analytics.readonly, limited to reading YouTube Analytics, such as watch time, views, audience-retention curves and other aggregate video performance indicators. This credential cannot publish or modify videos.
Associated data may include the YouTube channel ID/name, video identifiers and metadata, upload status and timestamps, approved publication receipts, OAuth grant status and authorized analytics results. We do not request individual viewers' Google passwords or use their private account information.
3. Purpose and control
Data is used only to connect the authorized channel, verify its identity, publish an explicitly approved video, check publication outcomes and help the owner evaluate video performance. Connecting OAuth does not by itself approve an upload, edit or deletion. Each change to YouTube content remains subject to the owner's workflow and applicable publishing checks.
4. Credentials and storage
OAuth credentials are obtained through Google's authorization flow, not this website. The Windows desktop tool stores separate publishing and analytics refresh credentials using Windows Credential Manager, under its managed local credential entries. Access tokens may be held temporarily while calling the APIs. Related channel metadata, analytics outputs and operational audit receipts may be kept in the owner's managed local project/runtime storage. Website files contain no Google access tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets or sign-in forms.
5. Sharing and Limited Use
Google/YouTube API calls transfer the authorized information to and from Google as needed for the requested operations. We do not sell Google user data, use it for personalized advertising, or provide it to unrelated third parties for their own purposes. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models. Use of information received from Google APIs is limited to the purposes stated here and the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
6. Retention, revocation and deletion
The local authorization is retained only while needed to operate the connected workflow. You can revoke Output Atlas Publisher's access using Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops new authorized API requests but does not automatically erase every local record. Contact bobbydeboot@gmail.com to request removal or confirmation of locally stored authorized YouTube data and OAuth credentials. Authorized data that must be deleted after revocation is to be removed promptly and within the period required by the YouTube API Services policies. Minimal security/operational records may be retained only where permitted and necessary.
7. Informational website
This website has no login, cookies set by the application, advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) may process technical request information such as IP addresses, time and browser details to deliver and secure the site. This site does not collect uploaded videos or OAuth credentials.
8. Privacy information and applicable rights
Where applicable law gives you data-protection rights, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction by contacting bobbydeboot@gmail.com. Google's own processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube usage is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
9. Updates
When the actual desktop workflow or data handling changes materially, this notice should be updated before new uses of Google user data are introduced. The effective date above identifies this policy version.
